Hold on Loosely

There have been so many times in my life where I’ve passionately wanted a specific outcome to manifest. Maybe you can relate to that as well.

But yearning, grasping, and feeling needy about something is similar to not trusting life. It’s a feeling that the specific desire is necessary to being happy or fulfilled. Yet nothing outside of ourselves really brings happiness. Although I am positive that my happiness is an inside job, I’m still learning to relax into well-being and to soothe myself back into alignment whenever necessary.

I appreciate that my life experiences have led me to this place of knowing for sure that well-being abounds. I love knowing my path will always be lighted for me. I love knowing that the power that creates worlds is with me and all others. I appreciate the ability and wisdom to trust life, to relax into the certainty that I do not have to figure anything out. I appreciate loving and trusting life to be good. I appreciate the beautiful loving people in my world.

Thank you for joining me in this journey. I don’t know exactly where I’m going but I trust that it will be joyful and satisfying. Thank you, universe, for the unexpected fun and loving experiences over the past three weeks. šŸ’–ā¤ļøšŸ™
